Dr. Ashley Scott
Dr. Ashley Scott is a dedicated, compassionate board-certified OBGYN with more than ten years of clinical experience in women’s health. Dr. Scott earned her medical degree from the University of Illinois Chicago College of Medicine in 2013 and completed her residency at Mercy Hospital in Chicago in 2018. As a board-certified specialist through the American Board of Obstetrics and Gynecology (ABOG), an active member of the American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists (ACOG), and a physician with hospital privileges at Parkview Hospital in Fort Wayne, she is deeply committed to ensuring that every patient receives attentive, high-quality care.
Recognizing the complex interplay between hormonal health and overall wellness, Dr. Scott holds specialized certifications through both The Menopause Society and the American Board of Obesity Medicine (ABOM). As an active member of The Menopause Society, she bridges the gap between menopause management, metabolic health, and sustainable weight management. Beyond her medical practice, Dr. Scott has pursued advanced training in aesthetic medicine to complement her clinical expertise.

David Sandifer
MSN, FNP-BC
David Sandifer, MSN, FNP-BC, is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner with over 15 years of extensive healthcare experience in surgery and women’s health. He holds a Master of Science in Nursing and has earned additional certifications in women’s health from the prestigious Mayo Clinic. In addition, he is certified in aesthetic procedures, including Botox and dermal filler injections.
David is committed to providing comprehensive, patient-centered care. His approach begins with fully understanding each patient’s primary concerns while considering all contributing factors—both physical and psychological—that may impact their overall well-being. He believes in empowering patients through autonomy in their healthcare decisions and delivering individualized treatment plans tailored to their specific needs.
